From: New elected office of Aweil Youth association (USA)

To: All Aweil youths in the United States

Subject: nationwide Fundraising for nyamlel high School project.

Date: July 13th 2007.

The office of the newly elected executive committee of Aweil youth Association in the United States would like to recognizes appreciates and thanks the members  of the previous interim administration for initiating, planning and continuing support of the Nyamlel high School project since it was first proposed in July of  20004.The office would also like to appreciate  all those who have help in this project of conscience,  individually and collectively, youths or otherwise, for their overwhelming contribution. Without whom, this noble idea would not have been in place. We owe them a tremendous amount of gratitude.

Notwithstanding this concentrated effort, the office of Aweil youth association has so far collected only one third of the initially proposed budget, that is, eleven thousands ( $ 30,000 - $11,000 =  -$19,000 )  of the thirty thousands grant total that is needed before the work commence. The office, has for that reason, would like to conduct one more round of the nationwide fundraising in order to close the gap before the building process could take place.

As far as this second round contribution is concerned, we have required that every Aweil youths {or any Aweilians who do not consider age as a major factor in the United States should  contribute two hundreds US dollars in all States that are involve in this project of conscience. The money will be collected by the States representatives before they are transfer to the finance secretary. However, all those States that do not currently have representatives should check in with the secretary for the necessary arrangement to be made. Moreover, this contribution process should start on July 15th of 2007 through September 15, 2007.

Nevertheless, this two months period would mark phase one of the project as designed by the new Administration. Meaning, no construction or building process would take place until the administration has satisfying amount of the funds that is thirty thousands US dollars as it was already planned. We therefore, encourage all the States, without exception, to participate and co-operate with their representatives in order to help move on with the project in timely fashion.

In order for the contribution to take place in timely fashion, we have asked the following States representatives as well as who would be appointed to work closely with the office and especially with the secretaries of information and finance. We have however, provided below the names of the States and their representatives and even those that do not have representatives at this moment in time,
