I am delighted to inform you that the board of committee proposed June 29 through July 1, 2007 as time for the forthcoming AYA-USA third-conference in the state of Kansas at Olathe
KS, 66061.
Details: Friday, June 29 is marked for arrival whereas Saturday, June 30 to Sunday, July 1, 2007 marked for meetings and departure.
When youth held a short and quick meeting in Omaha, they agreed if the AYA conference would be held in the weekend of July 4, 2007. We thought that it (7/4) would lie on the Friday or Monday which could have made it a good weekend to schedule meeting in, but it becomes an inconvenience as we scanned the calendar of the year 2007. We found out that Forth of July lies on Wednesday and as result, we decided and scheduled the conference in the weekend before the July 4, 2007 that may make it a little convenience for most members may be or may be not. However, it will be more convenience if with the help of forwarding an early request for taking Monday, July 2, 2007 day off from work or school. Please do so for it will give you flexible time to finish the ending of conference. We owe you sorry for the changes.
